If you are able to identify a listed project that matches with your own research interests, the next step is to complete the online application process to the appropriate Engineering PhD programme, please click on the programme link included in the projects table.  

The programme application form includes:
1. A section titled ‘Funding’, please state you plan to fund your studies via the "CONACyT" scheme.
2. A section titled ‘Research Degree Programmes - Additional Questions’, please include the project reference (as per the project table) for the project you wish to apply to as well as the name of the project Supervisor, to associate your application with that studentship opportunity. If you are interested in being considered for more than one studentship project you must list each project’s reference in order of preference (mulitple applications are not necessary).

Candidates will need to demonstrate their proficiency in English equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5 (with a minimum score of 6.0 in Writing and 5.5 in each of the other test components). For further details see
