He aims to create a new generation of soft robots for health applications, including wearable, implantable, and surgical devices. |

Brief Biography
Majid has a background in Electronics, MEMS, and BioRobotics. He has worked at the Italian Institute of Technology at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, SoftLab at the University of Bristol, and the Department of Bioengineering at Imperial College London. Majid has pioneered several technologies in artificial muscles, variable stiffness, energy harvesting, and self-powered sensing.
