Interests

Materials Research:

My research interests are centred around the development of sustainable materials for engineering and biomedical applications, with a specific focus on enhancing the longevity of dental ceramics used in dental implants. This encompasses the development of novel ceramics, their characterization, and the creation of non-invasive testing methods for predicting the lifespan of dental implants both in vivo and in vitro.

Education and Scholarship Research:

The activities within this group revolve around improving the effectiveness of individuals, systems, and methodologies. These efforts encompass various aspects of education and scholarly pursuits, with a particular emphasis on teaching and learning techniques. This research delves into methods, evaluating performance, fostering active learning, and ensuring quality management. Critical competencies necessary for conducting this research include:

  1. Transnational Education
  2. Evaluating Performance and Assessment
