Graphene and graphene electronic devices.

Graphene is called "the wonder material" because of its amazing properties. My group developed a new way to make large-area transfer-free contamination-free graphene suitable for manufacturing graphene electronic devices and sensors. We spun-out a company, Paragraf, and its first product is a graphene Hall-effect sensor. At QMUL we have recently made a graphene OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode). We are characterising the graphene by various advanced techniques: TEM, AFM, Raman, XPS, etc.
