I conducted my doctoral research under the supervision of Professor Christopher Hayes at the University of Nottingham, where my primary focus was on the synthesis of modified nucleotides for incorporation into solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis, to study their in vivo and in vitro activity.


Currently, I am working with Professor Andrew Livingston on advancing the field of liquid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis. Our focus involves using organic solvent nanofiltration technology to achieve larger-scale production and higher purity of oligonucleotides.
