Expertise: I am a Biomedical Materials Scientist and Engineer specialising in bone regeneration and orthopaedic materials. My research expertise extends to computational modelling, particularly finite element analysis (FEA) for medical applications, and includes experience with medical imaging techniques.

I am actively involved in educational innovation, focusing on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Serious Game Theory in teaching and learning. I am committed to upholding academic integrity, serving as Deputy Officer for Academic Integrity within my institution. Furthermore, I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment through my Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) work.

As the Lead for Middle East engagement within the School of Engineering and Materials Science, I contribute to the global outreach and international collaborations of my department. I am an active member of CREME (Centre for Research in Engineering and Materials Education), and my key areas of focus encompass scholarly contributions to engineering and materials education, including the development and evaluation of innovative teaching and learning approaches
