Expertise: Organic photovoltaics: I mainly focus on stability of nonfullerene organic photovoltaics, including thermal stability, photostability, photochemical stability and their shelf lifetime. The vertical phase separation in bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) layer and built-in potential across the BHJ during aging test are investigated by XPS technique and transient photocurrent. Meanwhile, I am exploring the device physics of nonfullerene organic solar cells and do some work on device engineering to make high-performing organic solar cells with excellent stability. Photodetectors: I will also focus on making flexible and wearable photodetectors based on perovskite, quantum dot, 2D materials and organic materials in the future. These photodetectors …
