Expertise: I am currently working on an MRC-funded project developing human tendon-on-a-chip technology. By combining human tissue samples with commercial organ-on-a-chip systems, we aim to create human-relevant, vascularised and mechanoactive models of tendon disease. This platform will help transform our understanding and treatment of tendinopathy - a painful and often chronic condition affecting millions worldwide.
