School Operations Officer

Expertise:

I an responsible for all aspects of HR and Recruitment at SEMS. I have full responsibility for HR, recruitment and selection and induction of staff, training and development, leave records, and act as the main point of contact within the School for the day to day HR and recruitment activities. I lead projects to develop admin processes in the above areas within the School to improve the experience for all staff. I also manage the SEMS School Administrator and Executive Assistant and oversee all their work.
