| Expertise: | Responsible for enhancing the student experience across taught programmes by acting as the primary point of contact for student support and wellbeing. Lead on the planning and delivery of Welcome Week inductions, manage the process of Extenuating Circumstances claims, and liaise with central services such as Disability & Dyslexia, Advice & Counselling, and Residences to ensure students receive tailored support. Contribute to the development and delivery of student engagement and retention strategies, provide critical data and guidance for assessment boards, and support academic colleagues in implementing student support policies. Represent student interests through Student Voice Committees, oversee student representatives. |
