| Expertise: | I provide support to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in the School of Engineering and Materials Science. I am a part of the School's Education/Teaching Team, working closely with academic staff and team members, to deliver excellent student experience. I assist with supporting students by delivering effective student enquiry management and undertaking essential administrative processes such as processing extenuating circumstances (EC) claims, supporting students and staff during enrolment, coordinating events and activities with the SSO. I also assist with the organisation of the School's Staff Student Liaison Committees, promoting student feedback mechanisms. |
