Expertise:	My research aims at developing novel strategies to control the self-assembly and viscoelastic properties of hydrogels designed for regenerative medecine and/or tissue engineering purposes. Another aspect of my work focuses on the tuning of viscoelastic properties of protein nanosheets assembled at liquid-liquid interfaces and their characterization using interfacial rheology.
