Interests
Dr Abdulali’s research centers on the synergy between artificial and physical intelligence. His work explores how learning-based models can exploit the embodied capabilities of physical systems to reduce computational complexity and improve sample efficiency during training. He is also interested in modeling nonlinear dynamics using machine learning, particularly for contact dynamics in soft robotics and haptics applications.
