At the end of the staff meeting on the 6th December 2023, we hosted our annual SEMS prize celebration. We had a large number of nominations this year and the awards were spread across the entire SEMS community.

The Team of the Year for 2023 was the Teaching Fellow / Teaching Associate Team for their fantastic support of SEMS education over the last year.

Irene Prieto Reina was given the Valuing People Award, Henri Huijberts was awarded the Creative Innovator Award and Ji Young Yoon was presented with the Inspirational Leadership Award.

The Education Awards were given to Neil Cagney and Angela Jones and the Research Awards were given to Maria Crespo and Erica Di Federico.

The Making a Difference Awards were shared by Faith Nightingale, Polly Todorova and Saqib Jivani. Congratulations to all of you and well done on your excellent contributions throughout the year.
