Industrial Liaison Forum November 2021
The next Industrial Liaison Forum in the School of Engineering and Materials Science (SEMS) is scheduled for Wednesday 10 November 2021, here at Queen Mary University of London in the Octagon. This particular forum will focus on showcasing our PhD Research activities. As usual we will also hope to build new relationships and to develop further those we already have with our established partners.
In our first live event since 2019 we are thrilled to be welcoming back our industrial contacts and alumni to speak to our current students in a number of panel sessions. This activity is designed to give our students an insight into the various career paths that they might consider and an opportunity for our industrial partners to present information about themselves and the different schemes their companies offer.
Following these panels sessions the Industrial Advisory Board meeting will be held from 3pm-4pm, if you are currently on our IAB or are interested in joining please do come along.
From 4pm-7pm we are launching the London City Institute of Technology where we will be outlining the apprenticeship programmes being offered from September 2022 by QMUL and our partner Newham College. We are looking to engage with employers as we aim to expand our planned provision so please do join us.
