Our MSc students presented their Extended Research Projects at the Industrial Liaison Forum on 6th April 2022.

Our MSc projects run from semester 1 through to August, so they are currently only about half-way through their projects. Nonetheless, they were able to give an excellent account of their work so far and their plans for the rest of the project. Throughout the 2-hour event, the students engaged in lively discussion with our academics and external visitors. The feedback from our judges and industrial collaborators was excellent.

Two MSc students were selected for prizes for the exceptional presentation of their work on the day. The prizes winners were:

  • Student: Ivan Tánczos
    Supervisor: Kaspar Althoefer
Project title: Cable driven actuation of a hybrid snake-like inflatable eversion robot
  • Student: Maanasa Malladi
    Supervisors: Jens-Dominik Müller
    Project title: Winglet Performance Analysis
