About Ted Smith
Ted is Chair of the Ideas Foundation, an HR/OD consultant and mentor with over thirty years in pharma and biotech. He has mentored more than 120 scientists and team leaders through career change and run career development workshops for over 600 scientists. He is currently consulting in biotech.
About Heather MacRae
Heather trained as a careers adviser and is former Chief Executive of the Ideas Foundation, with partnerships across the creative and science communication sectors including Burberry, Canon, the UK Space Agency and QMUL.
