Early Career Researcher Mentoring Group
School of Engineering and Materials Science Early Career Researcher Mentoring Group aims to create a community and ‘give voice’ for Early Career Researchers in the School.
We regularly organize a range of online and in-person meetings, such as:
- networking socials
- invited guest speakers on topics: career paths, fellowship applications, IMPACT, entrepreneurship, parenting in academia
- “Meet My Research” where PDRA introduce their research projects and expertise in laboratory techniques
