Prof Ana Sobrido's group participated in a multi-institutional replicability study, recently published in Energy & Environmental Science:

"Replicability challenges in redox flow cell testing: Insights from a multi-institutional study"

This study led by Queen's University Belfast included six other institutions: Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Cambridge, The University of Manchester, Harvard University, Eindhoven University of Technology and Queen Mary University of London.

This work offers new insights into how laboratory-to-laboratory differences shape electrochemical performance metrics in flow batteries.

Prof Ana Sobrido is extremely pleased that the UK RFB Network Annual Meeting, held at Queen Mary University of London in 2024 and the Royal Society International Exchanges grant which supported the visit of the MIT's team sparked the start of this work.
