We are delighted to announce that Dr Han Zhang, Reader in Polymers and Composites at Queen Mary University of London, has been elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (FIMMM).

This prestigious recognition highlights Dr Zhang's contributions to the field of materials science, particularly in polymers and composites research. It reflects his significant achievements in advancing sustainable materials and manufacturing, and his leadership within the academic and professional community. His fellowship was supported by two referees, including his colleague at SEMS, Dr Haixue Yan, Reader in Materials Science and Engineering.
