Sunainah Amber, a third-year undergraduate student in Aerospace Engineering and a member of the Queen Mary Centre for Undergraduate Research, supervised by Dr Jae-Hwan Park, has been awarded the prestigious SEED Award.

This honour recognizes her significant contributions to enhancing the learning experiences of students at Queen Mary University of London.

Sunainah actively participated in the Student Consultancy Project (SCP), where she collaborated with a diverse team to deliver strategic recommendations for Inferential Futures Ltd (London, UK), which led to a paid internship offer over the summer. Additionally, as a committee member for the Student Knowledge Exchange Through Community Hubs (SKETCH) symposium, she played a crucial role in organizing the event (held on 12th June 2024 at QMUL) and sharing insights on co-creation and peer learning. These experiences not only enriched her academic journey but also provided substantial support for educational activities involving the QMUL staff and student community.

This award serves as further evidence of the exceptional talent of our students and the significant contributions they make to the academic activities and culture at SEMS and QMUL.
