Today Haixue Yan from the Materials Division became a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (FIMM).

This honour is based on both his work in QMUL but also his time in industry in China before he became a PhD student. He joins six other members of the Materials Division as FIMMM.
