Lei Su's Group was awarded £300K by EPSRC to develop scalable manufacturing technologies for single-crystal perovskite optoelectronics. A proof-of-concept controllable and scalable manufacturing process will be delivered, to fabricate wafer-size single-crystal perovskite thin films based optoelectronic devices.
