Queen Mary Formula Student (QMFS) is a student-led motorsport team at Queen Mary University of London, dedicated to designing, building, and racing single-seater race cars in the annual Formula Student competition. Since our establishment in 2016, we have grown into a diverse team of over 100 members, representing more than 26 nationalities and various academic disciplines, including Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biochemistry, Computer Science, and Business Management.

  • 2017 - Awarded 'Best Newcomer'A student works on a formula one vehicle
  • 2022 - Secured 1st place in Cost & Manufacturing
  • 2023 - Achieved 2nd place in Cost & Manufacturing
