Congratulations to Wanting Hu who successfully passed her PhD viva on 13th October with her thesis titled ‘Dielectric and Piezoelectric Behavior Associated with Polar Structures in Ferroelectric Ceramics’.

Her PhD examiners were Prof Sir Harry Bhadeshia (FRS, FREng) from Queen Mary and Prof Neil Alford (FREng, FRS) from Imperial College London.

Wanting was supervised by Dr Haixue Yan.
