Paphada Prasongsuk has been awarded a scholarship to study at Queen Mary by the British Council.

Paphada will be starting our MSc in Biomedical Engineering, having completed an undergraduate degree in Robotics and Automation Engineering at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi in Bangkok.

Paphada said: "I’m excited to study at Queen Mary, where I can meet people from around the world and build the skills to combine my background in robotics with biomedical engineering."

The British Council Women in STEM Scholarships support women from Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines and Thailand to study at postgraduate level in the UK.

The scholarship will support Paphada with tuition fees, living and travel costs, visa and health coverage fees, as well as extra English language support to meet our IELTS requirements.
