On Tuesday 22nd April, Dr Sara Hajikazemi, conducted a highly successful one-day Project Leadership Development Course for estate managers at the City of London Academies Trust. The course covered essential topics such as project governance, project risk management for capital investment projects, project leadership and team management, and lessons learned in projects.
