Former PhD student Norbert Cabrera received the Dow Energy Dissertation Award 2005 for his research in the area of the sustainable use of energy and sparing the environment on September 1st in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The award included a prize of €2500 for his winning thesis entitled "Recyclable all polypropylene
composites: concept, properties and manufacturing".
