The EPSRC has recently awarded around £3.5million to the UK Sustainable Hydrogen Energy Consortium (SHEC) to conduct research in Hydrogen Storage Materials. The Materials Department/QMUL, led by Professor Guo and Dr. Yan Song, is one of the key members of the consortium and will receive over £400K for the multiscale modelling and processing of new hydrogen storage hydrides and nanostructures.
