This year's Graduate Research Show was a huge success and provided researchers with the opportunity to showcase their work and get a wider picture of research taking place in the School.

The event was attended by over 50 industrial visitors, some of whom judged the posters on display.

Sabina Hatch was awarded the Artis Prize for her poster titled 'Effects of processing conditions on the mechanical properties of electrospun PVP nanofibres'.

Beatriz Cortes Ballesteros was awarded the Becker Coatings prize
for her poster titled 'Effects of processing conditions on the mechanical properties of electrospun PVP nanofibres'.

Olivier Picot was awarded the Nanoforce prize for his poster titled 'Light responsive liquid crystal network'.

The posters are currently on display on the third floor on the Engineering Building.
