Please join WISE for a panel discussion with guest host Ricky Martin, Managing Director of Hyper Recruitment Solutions. The panel will discuss areas of unconscious gender bias within the recruitment process and ways to tackle these issues. Ricky will be joined by senior women from the industry to explore areas including, but not limited to: how to write an inclusive job description, briefing a recruitment agency, interview best practice and building a salary package. This session will offer plenty of opportunities to ask questions to the panel throughout.
