SEMS Industrial Liaison Forum

The current schedule is subject to change and confirmation:
11:00 - Poster Presentation - An open Display of current doctoral research projects, with a view to encouraging future collaboration. The format is similar to previous years in that every 2nd & 3rd year PhD student will submit a poster on their research as can any other RAs or academic staff. So, if you have an interesting research poster from a conference then this is a good opportunity to reuse it.

12:30 - Annual SEMS awards ceremony celebrating academic excellence at QMUL.

13:00 - Networking Lunch - An opportunity to network with the visitors.

14:00 – 15:00 Panel Discussions / Further Networking with Academics – Some of our guests will have asked to speak to groups of students in a variety of parallel panel sessions. However, for most academic staff this is the time to sit down with your existing or prospective partners who attend the event and discuss how we can work in collaboration with them.

15:00– Careers Information Fair - Employers and Undergraduates – Some of the visitors will choose to showcase career opportunities to our students and graduates.
